TWICE ROANED STALLION We have long felt Twice Roaned colts were among the best in the Northwest, we own several daughters and have followed a number of his colts over the years. So, when the opportunity came up to own him, we jumped at the chance.  Twice Roaned is big, with tremendous bone, feet and withers, with a calm, level headed disposition. He has tremendous power, a huge stop, and is extremely catty and athletic, just a great ride. Looking at his bloodlines, it’s easy to see where it came from. Sired by the great Mr Roan Hancock out of Dee Reed Roan, he is 50% Salty Roan. Salty Roan was Blue Valentines most accomplished son in the roping arena, and the sire of a number of top rope horses. We look forward to crossing him on our Blue Valentine and Hancock mares. Twice Roaned is HZ Roan and HZ Black meaning all his foals will be roan, and many will be blue roan.
